RETURNS & WARRANTY

Clear before
you commit.

Future Edition F1 is still a concept and no product payment is being accepted. These pages separate current booking terms from the commercial policy framework that must be finalised before sales.

CURRENTLY ACTIVE

Early-access booking terms

  1. An early-access booking is free and no product payment is collected.
  2. It records interest only; it does not reserve stock, guarantee price or create a purchase contract.
  3. The customer may request cancellation or deletion of the booking by contacting FUNFLIX support.
  4. Final specifications, availability, taxes, delivery, returns and warranty will be confirmed before a paid order is accepted.

DRAFT FOR FUTURE SALES

Future paid-order return policy — draft pending commercial approval

  • The final return window and process will be displayed before checkout and repeated on the tax invoice.
  • A return request may require the original product, accessories, serial labels, packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Products showing misuse, unauthorised repair, missing parts or damage outside the stated policy may not qualify for return.
  • Refund timing, deductions and logistics responsibility will be confirmed for each sales market before payment is enabled.

COVERAGE FRAMEWORK

Future FUNFLIX limited warranty — coverage framework

What the brand warranty is intended to cover

  • Verified manufacturing defects in the frame electronics under normal intended use.
  • Verified defects in integrated cameras, microphones, speakers, touch controls or charging circuitry.
  • Verified hinge or structural defects caused by manufacturing rather than impact or misuse.
  • Battery failure that meets the published warranty-test criteria during the confirmed warranty period.
  • Software and firmware support as stated for the final commercial product.

What is intended to be excluded

  • Accidental damage, drops, crushing, fire, theft or loss.
  • Liquid, dust or environmental damage outside the product’s published resistance rating.
  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, coating wear or gradual battery ageing within published limits.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification, incompatible accessories or improper charging.
  • Prescription lenses or third-party accessories unless explicitly included in the final sales warranty.
  • Damage where serial, security or capture-indicator components have been altered or removed.

The final warranty period, claim process, service locations and remedies must be approved and published before paid sales begin.
