FUNFLIX PRIVATE LIMITED respects your privacy. This notice explains the information the FUNFLIX website may receive and how it may be used.
Information you choose to share
When you contact us or create an early-access booking, you may provide your name, email address, mobile number, city, interests, preferred contact method and a message. We use this information to respond, track your booking, discuss early access or continue a business conversation.
Customer records and booking tracking
The website stores structured customer and booking references, consent choices, lifecycle stage and interest score so requests can be handled consistently. Booking status is shown only when the correct reference and matching email are provided. Do not share your booking reference publicly.
Analytics and advertising
With your permission, the website may record page views, selected button clicks, chatbot topics and campaign parameters, and may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel to understand visits, measure campaigns and improve communications. These tools are disabled until the relevant account IDs are configured and optional-cookie consent is accepted.
Marketing communication
We queue nurture messages only when you actively opt in and select channels. Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook and Instagram providers may apply their own consent, template and messaging rules. No external message is sent until the relevant provider is connected. You can withdraw consent using the instructions in a message or by contacting FUNFLIX.
Cookies and choices
Essential storage remembers your cookie preference. Optional analytics and advertising technologies load only after you accept them. You can clear this choice at any time through your browser storage settings.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website, email, analytics or campaign operations, subject to their agreements and applicable law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
Private staff systems
Authorized staff accounts may use internal CRM, task, inventory and attendance tools. Attendance records capture a staff-initiated check-in photo and location point, plus a staff-initiated check-out location point. FUNFLIX does not continuously track staff and does not use facial recognition. Photos and precise location records are restricted to the staff member and authorized attendance managers, and should be retained only for an approved employment and compliance period.
